Return & Refund Policy

When you place an order through nichewind.com, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines are designed to make sure you clearly understand our return and refund process. This policy applies to customers within the United States.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Missing Return Label?
No worries — our shipments don’t include return labels. Simply contact us at support@nichewind.com, and we’ll guide you through arranging your return or exchange.

C. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, reach out to us at support@nichewind.com and include the following details in your message:

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot of your order confirmation)

  • Reason for return

For faster processing, please attach a video or photo of the item showing the issue (if applicable). Once your return is received and approved (typically within 24 hours), we’ll confirm by email. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days, though your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the amount.

D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
We happily replace or exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order falls into one of these categories, contact support@nichewind.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items. Contact support@nichewind.com to request an exchange.
Customers are not required to pay return shipping for defective or damaged products.

F. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your financial institution to finalize the transaction.

G. Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this timeframe, cancellation may not be possible if your order has entered production or shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. We cannot refund or replace packages that fail to arrive due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
