We’re proud to deliver across all 50 U.S. states — including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, international shipping is not available, but global expansion is part of our future plan. We look forward to serving international customers soon.

Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

1. Order Processing
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, we immediately begin preparing your order. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on regular business days are generally processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or federal holidays, begin processing the next business day.

  • If any delay occurs due to high order volume or stock availability, we’ll notify you via email.

  • During peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday or holiday periods), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.

2. Transit Time
Typical delivery time is 2–4 business days after order processing.

Delivery duration may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service or volume

  • National holidays

If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Our logistics system automatically selects the most suitable carrier for your delivery area to provide the fastest and safest shipping experience possible.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders — no matter your location or package size.

There are no hidden fees at checkout. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website and marketing channels.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.

With tracking, you can:

  • See when your order leaves our warehouse

  • Check estimated delivery dates

  • Receive ongoing updates as your package moves through the carrier network

If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 72 hours, please contact our support team for help.

6. Shipping Issues and Support
Please reach out to us if:

  • Your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days

  • Your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found

  • Your package was damaged during transit

  • Your shipment hasn’t arrived within 7 business days
